User research and UX design

We travelled to Washington DC by train from New York for a day trip and found the DC Trails app extremely helpful. Especially for showing us how to get from the train station to the DC Trails stops as it was very detailed right down to what subway train to catch, from where and the times we could get it.

User research, information architecture, and usability improvements

David was an outstanding freelancer to work with. He is very well versed in the UX space, but not only on making good designs but understanding the context of who are the users, what are their needs, and what are the different tension points in serving different users. On top, he was super quick in turning around the work without compromising quality of his recommendations. I will be hiring him again, especially for my projects that are more challenging to solve.
